3 Account Registration

To enjoy full access to the 34bet platform, you need to create a personal account. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

Each user may open only one account.
Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
If a duplicate account is identified, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6 Deposit Rules & Methods

Payments into the 34bet platform can be made using established payment methods available in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable for all methods).

Accepted payment methods:

Nagad — Mobile banking payment
Rocket — Mobile banking payment
Upay — Mobile banking payment
Bank Transfer — Via standard commercial banks (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank)

Deposits must be sent from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

7 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is processed, funds are generally sent within 5 to 30 minutes.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used to make the deposit.
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.
Failure to submit the required information may delay the withdrawal process.

8 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
৳12,000 deposit → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳22,000

To receive the bonus, any applicable bonus code must be entered at the time of registration (if one exists). The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the bonus terms and conditions have been met.

9 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
Not all games contribute to wagering in the same way — the contribution rate for specific games can be confirmed with the support team.
The time limit for meeting wagering requirements is set out in the terms of each individual bonus.
34bet reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions.

10 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Applying any strategy for the purpose of abusing bonuses, opening multiple accounts, or coordinating with third parties is strictly prohibited.

If bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
If the behaviour is repeated, the account may be permanently closed.
34bet may modify or cancel bonus programmes at any time.

Game software is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective providers.

14 Dispute Resolution
